1) Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using CrazyTaps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) Service Description

CrazyTaps is an arcade/reflex game that may include leaderboards, player profiles, and optional account linking to help preserve progress across devices.

3) Accounts & Authentication

• The App may use anonymous authentication by default.
• You may optionally link your account (e.g., Google on Android or Sign in with Apple on iOS) to help recover your progress.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to any linked provider account you choose to use.

4) Data & Leaderboards

• The App may store gameplay-related data (such as scores, display name, avatar settings) to enable leaderboards and profile features.
• Leaderboards are competitive by nature; we do not guarantee ranking availability, accuracy, or continuity.

5) Ads

The App may display advertisements (including rewarded ads). Ad availability can vary by region and device.

6) Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its services.
• Do not use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Do not submit abusive or offensive names/content where applicable.

7) Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including features, game balancing, and leaderboards.

8) Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
